An Expression of Happiness.

I think the most challenging aspect about happiness is that it is too intangibly expressed; a smile and a flicker of an eye does not really have to indicate true bliss, because even those can be lacerated by some deep scare within. Sometimes, you find yourself joyful but find it difficult to express it, to celebrate the feeling and cherish it and it gets difficult to make such a feeling prevail when confusion sets in.

I don't consider my happy moments very lavish, sometimes it's merely that feeling of satisfaction and content to what's surrounding me, and that's fairly enough to keep me motivated to live and experience more of life's mysteries. However, I find it hard to acknowledge that I'm happy, stuck in a routine that doesn't provide gaps for some creativity and appreciation and sadly, the feeling of happiness becomes some sort of a disappointment, and I carry on with my day like it never happened.

But I realised, the best and most vivid expression of happiness is truly: love. Love is a genuine fervour, one that encompasses your senses to feel eternally blissful, that it even turns pain into a beautiful experience as well. Love can be translated, through a glance, touch and smile. You don't always have to love people, but the universe itself. You love when you caress a flower with your fingertips, when your eyes shine when you see a sunrise before you, when your senses explode seeing something utterly beautiful. There's love in this, and it is perhaps, the most delineated form of happiness.

Loving the world around you can be challenging at times because sometimes you need to feel the reciprocity in form of a sign of love given back to you. Loving people often gives us that, and it warms our hearts considerably. It is a beautiful and painful sensation to feel your heart pound with an exhilaration so profound and  impacting. Love provides us with an experience that enriches our souls with a wisdom unconfined, boundless by all dimensions that encompass the hearts of the lovers.

So when you do have a chance to love, don't deny your intuition. You will long for it because it's an irreplaceable venture, and you'll never be the same. Yes, we will be hurt by the beauty that perishes away when the love ceases, when the beating hearts let go of the electricity and the eye glimmers fade. Love, all in all, is an emotion of exquisite joy and it is bound to come and go, so we have to accept it. We have to realise a balance between both of our minds and hearts to establish a connection with what makes us really happy. But still, you'll find yourself smiling midst the scars, laughing through the pain yet loving wildly when you're given the chance. This is life, isn't it?
